Children’s Online Privacy.
VISANI AMERICA does not offer its services to children including particularly children under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect information from children under the age of 13 and we are committed to complying with the data protections obligations of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. Children under the age of 13 must provide consent of the parent of guardian to use our services and content.
